Return Policy: 

For returning any items, all purchased items must be returned within the first 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the ORIGINAL condition it was shipped in. All return shipping costs are of responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received in its original condition, a refund will be issued unto customer in a timely fashion. If there comes a time where an item is deemed defective, we will be happy to go through next steps with you to either repair the item or replace it.

Shipping Policy:

All items are processed and prepared within 1-2 business days depending on what the order consists of and stock availability. Regular shipping and Express shipping delivery days vary. For regular shipping, it typically takes 3-6 business days, while express shipping typically takes 2-3 business days after being processed and prepared. All items will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service and a tracking number will be provided to the customer upon the order being shipped.

LUXTRESS HAIR CO. is not responsible for any lost or stolen items after it has been delivered to its owner. If tracking information states that the item(s) has been delivered and you have not received it, this issue must be taken up with your local U.S. Postal Service in this unfortunate event.
